Yasamin Fahd is an accomplished founding Partner at Fahd & Fahd Law Professional Corporation with expertise in estate planning, estate administration, and various civil litigation matters. A fervent advocate, Yasamin has experience representing clients before multiple courts and tribunals. Prior to founding Fahd & Fahd Law, she worked at a boutique law firm, leading their Estate Planning and Estate Administration practice. Yasamin is an active member of the legal community, affiliated with the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, and Young Women in Law. She also volunteers her time to assist refugee claimants and women and children's shelters.
